GRMF founding directors David Day and Elizabeth Chan met with Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Secretary of Commerce Mark Rabauliman as part of a Small Business Development Center outreach program to foster commerce in the Pacific Islands. The meeting was part of a series of export training seminars and meetings in Guam, Saipan, and Tinian.
